Yes, preatmos prioritizes data security by using advanced technologies and practices to protect personal information. We do not share your data with third parties.

6. Do I need to submit application documents?
No, preatmos skips the need for documents, focusing on real-time conversations. Documents can be submitted directly to the employer if required.

7. How can I change my data and search preferences?
You can update your data and preferences anytime in the profile section, and adjust your location via the map menu.

8. Why does preatmos need my location?
Your location ensures spontaneous meetings between job seekers and employers. The maximum search radius is 30 km.

9. Can I change my location?
Yes, you can update your home location once every 24 hours. For trips, the Travel feature allows you to find nearby jobs or candidates within a 700m radius.

10. Why is my location not always used in Travel mode?
To save battery and data, the Travel feature pauses when your location remains static.

11. What does the number of candidates/employers in the map indicate?

The map shows the total number of candidates or employers in your set radius, though not necessarily matching your search criteria.

12. Why can't I see candidates/employers outside my radius?
The job search is limited to your set radius. You can change your location or activate Travel mode when in the desired area.

13. How does a match work?
Preatmos uses advanced algorithms to match job seekers with employers based on their preferences.

14. How do I know if my request was accepted?
If your request is accepted, you'll see a confirmation screen and the chat will be available. Rejections are not actively notified but can be viewed in your statistics.

15. Can I reverse a rejection?
Yes, under the History section, you can reverse decisions made in the last 24 hours.

16. How can I arrange a meeting or site visit?
After a match, you can use the chat to arrange meetings, phone calls, or site visits. Both parties can suggest times and locations.

17. What happens if no conversation happens within 24 hours?
If no conversation occurs within 24 hours, the chat will close, encouraging both parties to act promptly.

18. Why did the chat expire?
The chat is only open for 24 hours to promote real-time decisions and immediate meetings.

19. Why is the red dot still there after opening the chat?
The red dot disappears once you send a message in the chat, encouraging quick communication.

20. I missed an interesting profile during Travel mode - what can I do?
Missed opportunities are saved and appear in your home menu for up to 72 hours with a "2nd Chance" tag.

Push notifications are sent for matches, chat messages, Travel encounters, and requests.

A key to this is mutual respect and connection during the hiring process, which is best evaluated by the participants themselves. While AI can assist, it cannot fully replicate human interactions. That’s why we use AI thoughtfully and only where it makes sense, ensuring that human relationships remain at the core of our approach.

Yes, preatmos can be used by individuals aged 16 and up.

25. Where is preatmos available?
