Home

In the home menu, you'll see candidates who match your search criteria. These may be suggestions from preatmos or active inquiries from job seekers, the latter marked with the tag "Anfrage."

You can now either accept or decline. If you missed any Travel encounters, "2nd Chance" tags will appear in the home menu. Here, too, you have the option to accept or decline.

SET YOUR LOCATION & ADJUST THE RADIUS!
Map  
Your map menu shows the number of potential candidates within your selected radius. These candidates may not necessarily match your search criteria but provide a sense of how many are nearby. Profiles outside of your set radius will not be displayed, and you can only update your location once every 24 hours.

Travel 
Turn your business trips into opportunities to find new employees!
With the Travel feature, you can leverage your time away from home to see nearby candidates in real time. This makes you visible to local applicants while you’re in the region. Push notifications will keep you updated on relevant opportunities, ensuring no chances are missed. If you happen to miss an encounter using the Travel feature, it will appear in the home menu with a "2nd Chance" tag.

FILL OPEN POSITIONS QUICKLY.
Job positions 
You can create and manage up to five different job offers.
Keep in mind that less is often more, so each description is limited to 500 characters. You can tag each job listing with up to five different industries.
Note that the radius for all your job postings is determined by the radius set in your map menu.

Chat 
The chat is activated once a candidate from the home section applies to your job posting and you express mutual interest, or vice versa.

Keep in mind that the chat remains open for only 24 hours after a match! This encourages quick and goal-oriented communication. During this time, you can use the graphical interface to agree on one of three possible scenarios.

DECISIONS & INFORMATIONS.
Profile

In your profile settings, you can update your profile picture and description at any time.
Under History, you can modify ratings from the last 24 hours. If you accidentally declined someone, you still have the chance to accept later. However, once an application is submitted, it cannot be changed to a rejection.
In the Statistics, you can track and utilize the response to your profile to optimize your interactions.
